ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Touski le frigo is a solidarity initiative, simple and accessible, with several objectives:
- Providing free access to basic foodstuffs
- Supporting academic success by easing daily pressures
- Encouraging solidarity within the college community
- Fighting against food waste
By promoting sharing and redistribution, this initiative raises awareness within the college community about the need for more responsible management of food resources.
The refrigerators are stocked thanks to one-off donations from the community and deliveries from Moisson Rive-Sud, made every other Thursday since September 4, 2025.
You can find there:
- Fresh fruits and vegetables
- Dairy products not expired
- Dry goods (pasta, cereals, rice, etc.)
- Intact preserves
- Homemade meals identified (ingredients and date)
Facilitated by Cégep and ÉNA Foundation in partnership with Moisson Rive-Sud.
SERVICES
- 2 campus community fridges
- A student financial aid fund that can cover certain basic needs, such as grocery shopping
