ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

Mind Heart Mouth is a community-driven food initiative centered on care, nourishment, and collective well-being. The name reflects a holistic approach—feeding the mind, heart, and body—through food, connection, and shared space.

The program focuses on creating inclusive, low-barrier environments where students and community members can access food while also engaging in meaningful conversations around wellness, care, and food justice.

It operates within a broader ecosystem of student-led initiatives working toward accessible, community-based food systems.
