ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Rassemblement pour l’Alimentation Durable et l’Innovation Solidaire (RADIS) is a non-profit organization located on the campus of Laval University, born out of a student initiative.
RADIS will operate the cafeteria in the Alphonse-Desjardins pavilion, offering full meals to the student community for $5. A local, low-cost community grocery store and ready-to-eat meals will also be available.
RADIS’ mission is to offer an alternative food source on the Laval University campus. We rely on the mobilization of the university community and innovation in solidarity-based food systems to build a food system rooted in the needs of its community. Raising awareness and fighting food insecurity are at the heart of RADIS’ identity.
