ABOUT THE PROGRAM
For over 50 years, the management of food services at Polytechnique Montréal has been provided by the AEP, with the objective of offering healthy and affordable food to the entire Polytechnique community directly on campus.
In 2019, the AEP established the Polytechnique Food Services Association (ASaP), a non-profit organization that is in charge of managing the food service areas.
The cafeteria includes six outlets with distinct menus. ASaP also offers a personalized catering service for all activities organized within the school.
